Restaurant Contrast Project

This project includes a mural painting and the logo design for the Restaurant Contrast of Hotel Laupheimer hof in Germany.

In Chinese Symbolism, a circle represents the sky and a square represents the earth. When these two symbols put together, they mean the universe. In the logo, circles interchange into squares, and then into circles. The endless interchange of these two opposite elements is the equilibrium state of the universe - the eternity. Like the theme of the restaurant, different ingredients from around the world are used to achieve the balance of taste.
